Terms & Conditions for using Jannah.com's MP3 Download Service

  • All MP3 downloads are strictly for personal private use. Sharing the MP3s in any digital format or by using any medium is prohibited and is a violation of the Terms & Conditions and a violation of international copyright laws.
  • The combination of web pages, software, graphics, processes, and databases that comprise Jannah.com's MP3 Downloads is the Intellectual Property of the owners of Jannah.com. Any attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or break this Intellectual Property will be reported to the proper authorities. This Intellectual Property is protected by international laws.
  • For each MP3 file you buy, you have 72 hours to download it. After 72 hours, the download expires. If you do not download a purchased file within that time limit, you will not be able to download it. In addition, for each MP3 file you buy, you have a total of 3 attempts to download it. After 3 download attempts, you will not be able to download it.
  • We track the user account and the IP addresses from where a purchased MP3 file gets downloaded. If a user is suspected of sharing his/her account with others where others download the file without having purchased it, that user account will be automatically and immediately suspended. The user's remaining balance will be locked, and any and all download attempts by other than the owner of the account will be subtracted from his/her balance. Beyond that, we reserve the right to terminate the user's account and/or block his/her access to the website completely.
  • You have the right to transfer the downloaded MP3s to a portable media player, such as the iPod or any functionally equivalent device. This transfer process is only under the condition that you own such device, and that the transferred MP3s are for your personal and private use.
  • You have the right to burn the MP3s you download into a CD for backup or for your own personal listening.
  • Pricing of all MP3 downloads is subject to change with no advanced notification.
