How do I put a downloaded MP3 on an Audio CD?
To make an Audio CD from an MP3 file, you need two things:
- CD Burner
- CD Burning software, such as Nero, Roxio, EasyCD, SonicNow
All the CD Burning software works slightly differently so we are unable to provide exact instructions for your specific system. Using the CD Burning software, select the Audio CD option, and add the desired MP3 to the track list. Please use the Help section of your software if you unsure how to use it.
I have lost the files I downloaded, can I re-download them?
Our download system allows up to 3 download attempts for each MP3 file you purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide a re-download ability after that. We recommend you back up your MP3s
How do I save an MP3 I purchased to my computer.
Simply go to "My Download Links" tab in the "My Account" page, and click on the download link. Do not right-click and 'save as'. Simply click on the link to download

What file formats do you offer?
The format we offer is MP3, which is the most popular format for music or any other audio recording. The quality of the encoding is as follows
- For music and nasheed: Stereo 256Kbps VBR. the 256Kbps allows for the highest possible quality. The VBR maintains that quality with a smaller file size, which makes your download faster.
- For lectures: Mono 48Kbps. this is the best quality for preserving human voice from the original recording while offering a reasonable file size.
If I buy a download from Jannah.com is it mine to keep forever?

Can I burn my downloads to a CD or transfer them to another computer?
Yes you can. This should only be done if the other computer is your own.
